Release information
Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 launched August 25, 2026 on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game supports crossplay across all platforms from day one.
Known issues
The following issues are known at launch:
- Some players experience intermittent voice chat dropouts in cross-platform parties. Restarting the game resolves the issue temporarily. The development team is actively investigating.
- Horde mode shop interface can occasionally fail to load on first attempt. Retry after 10 seconds.
- Campaign checkpoint progress may occasionally fail to save on PS5. Manual save before mission exit is recommended.
