Frequently asked questions

Should I upgrade weapons or save credits? Save enough credits for weapon upgrades when you reach a difficulty where your current weapon underperforms. On Rookie and early Veteran, base weapons are adequate. By mid-campaign and deep Horde, weapon upgrades become meaningful.

Are weapon skins purely cosmetic? Yes. Weapon skins purchased from the in-game shop or earned through events have no effect on weapon performance.
